Inspired Leadership Through Deep Mastery
Thorsen & Moon · Quantum Edge

The Inquiry Lab — Continuing Practice for Leaders
For readers who want to go beyond the book and investigate how to use the Power of Harmony in daily life.
The Inquiry Lab — inquiryintoconsciousness.com
Chris Thorsen · Inquiry into Consciousness
The Inquiry Lab is a structured curriculum of principles, practices, and exercises grounded in Aikido and the Dialogue tradition. It is designed for anyone — executive, educator, mediator, parent, or practitioner — who wants to develop mastery with intuition and navigate complex change with greater harmony.
The Lab is organized around three domains of inquiry:
- System Transformation — generating coherent cultures, enterprise design, the design cycle
- Collaboration Explorations — dialogue facilitation, leadership of the spirit, finite and infinite games
- Energy Explorations — deep mastery, energy mastery principles and practice, inspired leadership
The site also includes a Facilitator's Manual and a historical interview with Thorsen on Aikido, embodiment, and deep dialogue.
The Inquiry Lab represents the living practice dimension of the work Richard Moon and Chris Thorsen have developed together over thirty years.
What to Avoid
- Apps promising enlightenment in 10 days
- Quantum mysticism = wish fulfillment
- Self-help promising easy answers
- Teachers claiming perfection
If it sounds too easy, it is. If it asks you to stop thinking critically, run.
The Real Work
You can read every book on this page and remain unchanged.
Information isn't transformation. Understanding isn't embodiment.
Use resources to support practice.
Use practice to test understanding.
Use understanding to deepen practice.
Repeat forever.
